Keep your appliance’s model, serial number, purchase record and manufacturer documents together. For help locating the right information, contact support@appliancelane.com and describe the appliance and issue. Do not continue using an appliance that appears unsafe.
Manufacturer coverage
A manufacturer’s commercial warranty, if available for the purchase, depends on the exact model, country, product use, installation and the manufacturer’s written terms. Confirm its duration, covered parts or labor, registration, service process and territorial scope before ordering. We do not assume every manufacturer covers every destination or that a product listing establishes authorized-dealer status.
Seller obligations and statutory rights
A manufacturer warranty is distinct from mandatory rights against the seller. Where EU consumer rules apply, goods carry a minimum two-year legal guarantee, and national rules may provide further protection. Available repair, replacement, price-reduction or refund remedies must follow the applicable law. A shorter commercial warranty cannot remove those rights.
Support information to provide
- Your order or purchase reference and the exact model.
- The serial number, when relevant and safely accessible.
- A clear description of the fault and when it appeared.
- Photographs, error messages or installation details that help explain the issue.
Our team can help identify the applicable documentation and next steps. Do not arrange a repair, return transport or paid inspection on the assumption that its cost will be reimbursed; obtain clear instructions while preserving any rights that do not require prior authorization.
Additional services and protection
No separate ApplianceLane warranty, insurance policy or shipping-protection coverage is established by this page. Any additional paid service needs its own verified provider, price and coverage terms. If such a service is offered later, review its terms separately; optional coverage does not replace mandatory consumer protections.
