Browsing, accounts and safe use
Use the website lawfully and provide accurate information relevant to your request. Keep account credentials private. Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or submit malicious or misleading material. A saved cart, inquiry or checkout preview does not create an accepted order or reserve stock.
Choosing the right appliance
Review the exact model, dimensions, electrical or gas requirements, water connections, ventilation, local approvals and delivery access before purchasing. Product suitability and manufacturer warranty availability may vary by country. Ask support@appliancelane.com about information that is missing or unclear. Product and manufacturer names belong to their respective owners; listing a brand does not claim authorized-dealer status.
Prices, promotions and the order total
Website prices are stated in US dollars (USD) unless expressly identified otherwise. Review the item price, any applicable discount, shipping, taxes and other disclosed charges before confirming an order. A promotion applies only on its stated terms; a discount or coupon must be reflected in the actual order total. Required taxes and charges must not be hidden, and additional optional services require an informed choice.
Orders and payment
Order and payment submission are available only when the store enables those functions. Before submission, the seller must provide the applicable payment, acceptance, delivery and cancellation arrangements. Worldwide availability is subject to lawful export/import, sanctions, product compliance and physical delivery serviceability; it is not a promise to deliver every appliance to every country or address. Returns, delivery problems and warranties

Commercial return terms and manufacturer coverage must be stated for the applicable purchase, not inferred from general website copy. Nothing here excludes mandatory cancellation, conformity, repair, refund or other consumer rights.
Errors, complaints and changes
If you notice an error or have a complaint, contact support@appliancelane.com with the relevant model or order reference. Any correction affecting an existing order must respect the agreement and applicable law; the website does not grant an unrestricted right to change an accepted price or obligation. Future updates to these terms do not retrospectively remove accrued rights.
Mandatory protections
No arbitration requirement, class-action waiver, exclusive foreign forum or blanket liability exclusion is created by these defaults. Applicable mandatory consumer and privacy protections take precedence over inconsistent wording.
